Incorrect address?

Please make sure that all your information is correct before checking out. Due to how quickly we print and process orders, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change incorrect addresses. Healthy Assets cannot be held responsible for orders that are sent to addresses that are incorrectly entered.

 

Changing order?

Orders cannot be changed once they are placed due to how quickly we process orders and shipments. If your order has not be sent out, please email us at customerservice@buildinghealthyassets.com and we would be happy to cancel your order if it has not already been sent out so you can order the correct items. If we are unable to cancel the order before shipment, the customer will be responsible for return shipping of the items. Please note that we do not offer combine shipping on any orders.

 

How long till I receive my order?

We work to pack and ship orders very quickly, but sometimes after launch, this process could take up to 10 business days. If your tracking has been created, but your order hasn't shipped out, and it has been more than three business days, please email us.

 

What is your return policy?

We are sorry our pieces did not work out for you! We are happy to offer returns or exchanges on clothing and accessories within 21 days from the date of your purchase.

If the return or exchange does not pass inspection, it will be mailed back to you. Please return the item in the condition it was packaged and sent. If there is excessive wrinkling, the return is subject to denial. All items must be unworn and unwashed. Items covered in animal/human hair will NOT be accepted. Items that smell like smoke, cologne, or deodorant cannot be accepted. It may take up to 7 business days for returns to be processed. If you return an item, shipping cost is NOT refunded. Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are not covered at this time. We do not accept returns or exchanges after 21 days.

 

Why was my return or exchange denied?

Signs of wear (stains, smell, makeup,etc.) Excessive amounts of animal/human hair, fuzz, lint, etc. Item(s) smelling of smoke, deodorant, perfume, etc. Signs of excessive washing or excessive wrinkling.

 

What can be done about custom and duty fees?

Healthy Assets does not impose customs and duty fees. Your country of residence imposes these fees for ordering items outside of your country. We cannot process a refund for any of these fees paid by the customer. If you choose to refuse the package or your package is sent back to us as a Return To Sender (RTS), your purchase minus shipping, will be refunded when it is received back to the warehouse. Please keep in mind; this may take up to 8 weeks.

 

What if my product is wrong or defective?

If we made a mistake with your order, or if there is a defect, then please email our Customer Support Team at buildinghealthyassets@gmail.com. If you received a defective item, then please provide a photo of the issues you are referring too, and if you received an incorrect item, then please provide an image of the incorrect item along with your packing slip. 

We can then provide a return label (domestic only) if an exchange needs to be made. We must be notified of any defects within 21 days of delivery. Any claims beyond the 21 days will be considered wear and tear, and cannot be replaced.
